GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to define the rights and obligations of LUXURY JFC and of the customers of products offered by LUXURY JFC on its website www.atelier-cara.com (hereinafter "the Site"). They apply exclusively between

And any natural person or customer visiting or making a purchase via said Site (hereinafter "the Customer").
The LUXURY JFC website allows the customer to order customized car accessories.
Every order placed on Luxury JFC entails the customer’s full acceptance of these general conditions of sale without reservation. These general conditions of sale can be modified at any time and without notice by Luxury JFC, the applicable conditions are those that were in effect at the date the order was placed by the customer
2. ORDERING PRODUCTS
2.1 Ordering online
The products for sale are presented on the Luxury JFC website with a description. The elements such as pictures, texts, graphics, as well as all the information and features illustrating and or accompanying the products are not contractual, which the customer acknowledges.
In accordance with the article 1369-2 of the civil code, the customer will have the possibility of verifying the details of the order and the total price, and to correct any errors before finally validating his order.
2.2 Refusal of orders
According to the Article L.122 1 of the Consumer Code, LUXURY JFC will be entitled to refuse any abnormal order or placed in bad faith.
3. CUSTOMER’S OBLIGATIONS
3.1 Minimum age
The customer must be legally able to enter into a binding legal agreement (typically 18 years of age or older, depending on where the Customer lives) in order to purchase products.
3.2 Accuracy of the information transmitted
The customer engages to communicate to Luxury JFC, the accurate information necessary for the realization of the service subject to these conditions such as the information requested online and depending on the situation, including its valid last name, first name, address, telephone number, e-mail, as well as all the information related to his vehicle which will allow LUXURY JFC to manufacture the ordered product.
The customer is responsible of the consequences arising from transmitting false or inaccurate information or whose use would be illicit.
Once the order has been placed, Luxury JFC will send an -email confirming the purchase to the customer.
4. PRICE AND TAXES
The prices displayed on the site are indicated in Euros, French taxes comprised, including shipping charges. The prices can be modified at any moment, without previous notice, especially in case of change of tax or economic information. The items will be charged on the basis of the rates in effect at the moment the order was placed.
The prices of the customized versions are not communicated on the website, it depends on the personalization elements selected by the customer. A quote will be systematically submitted to the customer for previous acceptance.

The price indicated on the quote includes TVA (added value taxes) and custom charges. The customer is solely responsible to consult the applicable national, state and local tax laws to determine what the Customer needs to do and pay to comply with tax laws and regulations in its area and pay the outstanding taxes and duties if applicable according to applicable tax laws.
The average delivery time is 3 weeks.
CARA engages to inform the final delivery date to the customer.
The totality of the payment has to be done when the order is placed. The customer will pay its order by credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) or by bank transfer according to the dispositions of the present article.
The communication of the credit card number by the client will authorized Luxury JFC to debit his account with the amount of his order.Luxury JFC will retains the product until the totality of the payment has been made by the customer. The payments are done in a secure way. The payment solutions offered by Luxury JFC are 100% secure.
For credit card payments, all the information that the customer transmits to LUXURY JFC is strictly protected and guarantees the compliance and the security of each transaction.
7. RETURNS AND REFUND OF THE PRODUCT
Each creation is customized and specifically manufactured for each customer. There will be no returns for any orders from www.atelier-cara.com
Each creation is the object of a very specific control, the products are carefully manufactured. If however, there is an exceptional situation, form example : the product was defective at the reception please inform the Luxury JFC team in the shortest delay possible.

8. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
There will be a two years warranty from the date of purchase to cover any manufacturer’s defects in the material and physical workmanship of the Product. This warranty is conditional upon the Product being used under normal circumstances and being properly cared for by the Customer.
Excluded from the warranty are any damages associated with wear and tear from daily use, scratches and dents to the Product surface due to pebbles and imperfections of the roads. If the Product is modified in any way or serviced by anyone other than LUXURY JFC or the manufacturer, this warranty will immediately cease to apply.
Any alteration, change or modification done to CARA products will cancel the warranty. CARA doesn’t approve about any modifications made by third parties (Change of screws, any modification to the gold elements, any alteration to the fixation system or to the tightening torque, or to any other personalized element), those modifications can affect the quality and the integrity of the CARA products.
9. MAJOR FORCE
In case of major force, the concerned party must inform the other within 15 days from the occurrence of the event, through a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
All the obligations of both parties will be suspended for the duration of the major force, without compensation.
If the major force extends for more than 3 months, the concerned contract could be terminated automatically with no compensation for either party.
10. LITIGATION/ APPLICABLE LAWS
The present general conditions of sale are subject to the French laws. In case of difficulty with the order or the delivery of CARA articles, the customer will have the possibility, before any legal action, to search for a friendly solution, seeking the help of a consumers association for protection or of any other organisation of his choice. Any litige that may arise from the interpretation or the execution of the present general conditions of sale and of its consequences will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French tribunal.
